Respirator Depot was first established in 1997 as a supplier of medical grade gloves to the health care markets in both the United States and Canada. 2001 saw many new products added and our industrial sector was established. From dispenser box to container load, Respirator Depot can meet your needs.

Delivery of Your Order:

All orders are shipped within 24-48 hours of being processed.  Please note all shipping times and costs regarding the shipping method you select.  Delivery to the US will take between 12-14 business days delivered to your door. Those who have not received their orders after the scheduled delivery date should notify us for immediate tracking.  If your order is not received to your satisfaction, contact us and we will remedy the problem at once.

For check and Money Order payments, the orders will be filled and shipped the day after your check/money order has been received and cleared.

We ship Monday through Friday.
 
Cancellations:

All cancellations of your order must be received NO LATER THAN 12:00 PM (EST) THE NEXT BUSINESS DAY.

We strive to fill your order and ship it at 1:00 pm (EST) the next business day to ensure you receive your product in a timely manner. After your product has been shipped, you may not cancel your order.

To notify us of a problem, simply send a copy of your order confirmation, along with a brief description to: info@respiratordepot.com

Returns & Exchanges

Returns

Due to the nature of all of our Respirator Masks being ordered in a time of emergency World Health Organization recommendations, we cannot accept returns, and all sales are final. This final sale policy is consistent with the industry standard for Emergency Safety Equipment guidelines. Cancellations must be received NO LATER THAN 12:00 PM (EST) THE NEXT BUSINESS DAY after your purchase by contacting us at 855-922-0525 or by email at info@respiratordepot.com After your product has been shipped, you may not cancel your order.

To better understand why all sales are final, you need to understand the process of getting emergency stock of the respirator masks. 
When the World Health Organization raises its pandemic threat level on any feared virus, including the Ebola Virus, Zika Virus, Swine Flu (H1N1), S.A.R.S., Avian Bird Flu, and other similar viruses to level four, five or six, a global pandemic triggers immense demand for these masks.  Any items released by the manufacturers to our company is limited, as emergency medical personnel requirements take precedence.  Therefore, we are obliged to cater to our customers on a first-come, first-served basis.  It is possible that, as a result of this demand, we may be unable to serve other entities such as hospitals and health-care organizations, and they must get their supply elsewhere.  Once the pandemic fear is sustained, and the demand stabilizes, the overproduction of supply cannot be reversed from the end-user back to the manufacturer.

Defective masks will be gladly replaced.


Exchange Policy:

Please include a copy of your invoice with the merchandise that is to be exchanged. Fill out the form on the back of your invoice with the items that you would like to exchange.

All exchanges must be made within 60 days of the date which your order was received. All items must be returned in the condition they were received. We do not accept items that have been opened from their original packaging. Please securely package all unopened fragile items to avoid damage during return shipping. Please include a copy of your invoice with the merchandise that is to be returned.  An $8.00 re-shipping and handling fee will be applied to all exchange orders.



Damaged Merchandise Policy:

Upon receipt of a damaged package or item we ask that you contact RespiratorDepot.com immediately and report the damage to our Customer Service Department. A friendly Customer Service Representative will be happy to assist you, and ensure that the damaged item(s) are replaced in a timely manner. We aim to please!
